The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has come to an end; on February 9th 2018 Fifty Shades Freed was released. The last novel/book in the Fifty Shades of Grey series following Fifty Shades Darker which was released last year around Valentine’s day. This finale tied everything together for us that was left questioned within the first two films. The first movie focused on how the pair met, the second on how they fell in love, and this one was focused on their marriage and their future as a couple.
Many recognize the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy as a raunchy book and or movie, but what many fail to realize is that this movies actions scenes were as powerful as it’s intimate romance ones. To fully understand the dilemma within the third you’d have to have watched the first two movies, or at least read the novels. Though the film does do a good job at supplying a quick recap through both verbal words and flashbacks seeing as this is the movie that concludes the two prior. S&M business Mongol Christian Grey and writer Anastasia Steele have finally tied the knot (which many of us fans knew would occur from the start.) The movie opens with a quick scene of the wedding, which after some dancing Christian Grey tells Ana “ Let’s get out of here. I’m sick of sharing you with the riff-raff.” Thus the consummation of their marriage begins and continues throughout a honeymoon in Paris. A honeymoon that had to be cut short when it was discovered that Christians company's “server room” had been compromised. Upon viewing the footage it seemed as if Jack Hyde was the culprit. The original boss of Anastasia Steele whom attacked her and was later announced dead… or so we thought. ( He was an antagonist that you had to follow from the first movie.) Upon coming home Ana jokingly mentions starting a family, which her husband responds to in a hostile manner. Add some laughs and sex scenes and you have the next 45 minutes of the movie. The couple goes house hunting in which the former Ms. Steel, now Mrs. Grey encounters a very handsy architect Gia whom she puts in her place staking a claim on her husband. After the incident Mr. and Mrs. Grey drive home only to be followed in which a scene ensued of Anastasia losing the car in a chase scene. Shortly after that incident Christian has to go to New York for meeting and insists on bringing his wife along, but she declines because she has a career of her own to worry about. After promising to Christian that she would attend work and go straight home he leaves her… within the safety of two bodyguards. Using your inference skills one could conquer Ana would not simply do just that and she didn’t. Ana went out for drinks with her best friend Kate ;the women that was practically the reason behind her meeting Christian. Nothing happens at the bar, it is when Ana gets back to the penthouse that she is attacked by Jack. Upon return Christian is mad and orders Ana to the Red Room to torment her with... items. The scene ends in her screaming out heir safe word red and claiming that what he was doing was not love, it was revenge. Fast forward a bit they all go on vacation to Grey’s house in Aspen, Kate gets proposed to, and Ana finds out she's pregnant. Not understanding how until the gynecologist explains to her that in order for the shot to work, you have to come in regularly. She tells Christian and let's just say he is not happy. He is leave in the middle of the night and come back drunk pissed. Upon tucking a wasted Christian into bed Ana notices a text on his phone from Elena, the older woman who bough Christian into the S&M life at 15. He admits to finding comfort in her, but clarified that they did not have sex. To which Ana responds finding comfort in someone who is not her is still cheating ,especially since she needed him most and was just as terrified as he. “Babies happen when you have sex” she claimed. Which she then followed with the harsh words of she sorry his biological mother didn’t love him like she should, but that she would love her baby. With or without him. They angrily go their separate ways to work when Ana receives a call from Jack, requesting 5 million dollars in return for Christians sister Mia, alive. He tells Ana not to tell anyone if she wants Mia to remain unharmed. Without thinking twice Ana loses her personal security and attempts to take out 5 million. At the bank in order to be released the money the ,manager must have the green light from the owner of said money, her husband. After a conversation on the phone between Grey and Ana whom he worries is taking the money to leave him ( since she can’t say the real reason why) he tells the bank manager to give her anything and everything she needs. Ana hops into a getaway car driven by her subordinate Liz ( who is being blackmailed by a sex tape.) Christian whom knows something I wrong with his wife's actions and know knowledge of his missing sister tracks his wife's phone. Ana shows up to the meetup location, gets beat up by Jack a bit, and shoots him in the leg. Christian gets their shortly after and they live happily ever after upon her recovery. In which the movie ends with a scene of a very pregnant Ana and happy Christian walking in the yard of their enormous house with their son in tow. A happy ending to the very erotic and anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy.

I am known for writing poetry, but my 2018 goal is to complete a novel. An optimism above that is to have my novel drafted and my poetry book published. If interested in my novel take a look at this Prologue and just follow the link for more. (Please ignore the poetry on the site as well, those are not the poems I wish to publish, but more of an outlet in which I write.) What Had Yet To Be Written
Prologue Sabrina could hear Dr. Morgan's voice calling out to her, but like ever other session she had attended before chose to ignore it. His once soothing raspy voice now transforming into a harking annoying one. Emitting a loud sigh and lost deep in thought she turns her lead to the left, glancing out the window. She knew her physiologist had paid a hefty price for his practice to be on the top floor. For what reason exactly, she couldn't be positive. Surely it had nothing to do with the boring beauty of bricks. Inwardly laughing at the irony of renting an office on the 12th floor she furrowed her brown eyebrows. The only view to be seen from outside this mahogany prison room was indeed more multicolored brick buildings. Though tedious and bland it did make sense, after all she was in the big city. A place where everyone wanted to be beautiful, yet nobody appreciated the unique beauty that surrounded them. An excitement that Sabrina no longer appreciated after 22 years of living through the negatives of New York City. If given the possibility to travel, she would go just about anywhere. Raising her left arm onto the chairs red leather armrest, Sabrina relaxed her face into her palm thinking of all the places she would travel, if only she could. She would start off small with her travels, not rushing off immediately to another continent. Maybe a place not too far such as Albany where buses were only $1.50. Slowly detox herself from the city life, its polluted air, cabs, highways, and trains. Then once cleansed and ready to accept different cultures and lifestyles, she would put all her efforts of learning multiple languages to the test. She couldn't help but smile, tucking a dark brown curl behind her ear as her imagination ran wild. She could travel to Europe and go sightseeing taking a train from Big Ben to the Eiffel Tower. Visit some major Spanish speaking areas such as Mexico, Spain, and Puerto Rico. Maybe even travel on a whim to the Bahamas. Doctor Morgan shook his head scratching out the last entry on his notepad. He glanced over his right shoulder at the basically empty manila folder belonging to the patient before him. For the past six months each hour lesson had played out pretty much the same. He would ask Sabrina to catch him up on how her week had been. He would then recap her on the progress of the previous session (which wasn't much) though he would never tell a patient of his that, and once they hit the thirty-minute mark she would shut him out. The only difference in today's session was that it was only 2:25 P.M. Meaning, Sabrina had shut him out fifteen minutes early. Running his fingers through his graying black hair the doctor could only hope that one of his most difficult cases was not going backwards. ஜஜஜஜஜஜ At this time of the session Dr. Morgan would normally put down his notepad and begin to rub his hands in frustration. The clank of his black leather-bound book would cause Sabrina to look away from the window, following the sudden sound to his mahogany desk. A desk that was covered in bronze decorations, books, and picture frames of the Doctor, his wife, and a young boy. Routinely this would cause Sabrina to fall into another daydream, one focused on her dream house and the family she wished but knew could never live there. Only this time, that didn't exactly happen. The sound of leather connecting with wood pulled Sabrina's gaze from the window onto that summer photograph. The one that oozed happiness showing Dr. Morgan, his wife Hailey, and their son whom Sabrina swore he never mentioned. The photo was so cliche, yet Sabrina's heart hurt at how delighted they all looked. A younger version of Doctor Morgan with the same bright blue eyes stood with his blue dress shirt covered arms wrapped around the young Mrs. Morgan's waist. The woman's eyes though a dark brown were just as happy as the young Doctors. If one couldn't determine that from the picture they sure could from the bright white smile she had on her face. Sabrina smiled a small smile in return, accepting Hailey Morgan's smile as one that was contagious. If you trail your eyes down her green sundress they will land upon a small hand. Once attached to a bright blue eyed, black haired, little boy. Sabrina knew that this was the moment that she would normally feel pity for her future, only she didn't have time to considering she was looking at the now angry eyes of the boy within the photograph. "I swear I tried to warn him then stop him." Tiffany the Dr. Morgan's assistant declared running into the room right behind the tall mysterious stranger. Her black Mary Jane's clacking on the floor as she tries to adjust her white top, fix her black skirt, and catch her breath all at once. Sabrina tilted her head examining the receptionist. Examining people is what Sabrina does well, after all, when one doesn't communicate with the public what better way is there to get to know them. Up close the receptionist was a lot taller then what she perceived to be from behind that modern glass desk of hers. Standing at around 5'8" the blonde bombshell with a bun seemed to have both beauty and brains. Although the face she was making now was anything but beautiful. Her gorgeous greens eyes were squinted in anger at the raven-haired boy before us. Her facial expression exhibiting to Sabrina he was not one to be messed with. " Leave us" Dr. Morgan says abruptly to his assistant. Removing his black framed glasses from his face letting them fall gently upon his chest, secured by the string wrapped around his neck. Tiffany straightens her back and leaves the room with a gait Sabrina could only wish to achieve and couldn't help but to admire. Running his hand down his tired face Dr. Morgan finally acknowledges the man before him. Taking his time in addressing him, not once intimated by the large standing man and his smaller built sitting self. " I am with a patient" Dr. Morgan says keeping eye contact with the intruder until he utters the last word, before returning his gaze to Sabrina. Whom he noticed was taking in the situation with a gleam of interest in her amber eyes. A look he hadn't seen from her in the whole six months that he had been treating her. " Don't speak to me about patients" the unnamed man spat, seeming to grow larger in build the angrier he got. "I know their importance as well as any doctor. What I am failing to comprehend is to why you would pull out of funding the Aids in Africa trip. Some woman with cheating spousal issues, or an older lady wondering why she won't find love and what's wrong with her is nowhere near as important as people out there who are dying!" Seethed the man whom Sabrina was still trying to take in. Sabrina let her dainty shoulders drop in disappointment. She had saw his eyes for but a moment upon entrance but since then all she had to view was his back, she had yet to even properly see his face. Graduating NYU with a 3.8 GPA Sabrina, though one to remain quite until you really knew her was far from ignorant. Had this man been a threat or a completely crazy patient, the doctor wouldn't have looked so calm. Nor would the assistant has left him alone with Dr. Morgan without mentioning calling the police. Plus, she was pretty sure it was possible for her to sue if he put her in an obvious danger. Through process of elimination she could conclude that the angry man before her was no threat. He also seemed to be a man of some importance. Whereas Dr. Morgan wore a dark navy pants suit, the angry intruder wore what seemed to be an expensive white dress shirt free of creases, tucked into khaki dress pants. Which were secured at his waste by a dark brown leather belt that matched his dress shoes. "Before worrying about those in other countries, why not try to help those in our own" was Dr. Morgan's calm response. The uninvited guest opened his mouth to respond but to both his and the doctors surprise someone else spoke first. |
